Trades and home services

Sites that book jobs. Not sites that win awards.

Next.js builds, local search, and paid acquisition for roofing, electrical, landscaping, pool, and HVAC companies across Delaware and the Philadelphia region.

The problem

Most contractor sites were never instrumented.

Most contractor sites were built once and never instrumented. They rank for the company name alone, inquiries route to an unmonitored inbox, and there is no reliable way to attribute a call to the campaign that produced it. We rebuild that foundation and measure it against booked revenue.

What you get

Six things that ship with the build.

  • 01

A Next.js site that loads in under two seconds on a phone.

  • 02

Local schema on every service and location page.

  • 03

Call tracking wired to the ad account.

  • 04

HubSpot forms that route to a person.

  • 05

A sticky call button that follows the visitor.

  • 06

Blog content built as a hub and spoke, not as filler.

Questions

What contractors ask first.

How long does a build take?

Most builds run four to eight weeks, depending on page count and how much content requires writing versus migration. You receive a staging URL in week one.

Do I own the site?

Yes. The code lives in your repository and deploys to your hosting account. If we stop working together you keep everything and another developer can take it over.

What happens to my current rankings?

A redirect map is built from a crawl of the existing site before anything moves, and schema and metadata go live before DNS changes. Rankings are checked weekly for the first month.

Do you require a contract?

A build is a fixed scope with a fixed price. Ongoing growth work is month to month with 30 days notice.

Do you work outside Delaware?

Yes. Most work is across Delaware and the Philadelphia region, but the build work is not geographic. The local search work is.

What if I already have a marketing person?

That usually makes this easier. We build and instrument the site, they run the campaigns, and the tracking gives both sides the same numbers to argue from.
