What this policy covers

This policy describes what ScaleBuilt LLC collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and who processes it on our behalf. It applies to this site only, not to software we build and deliver to clients, which is governed by that client agreement.

Information you give us

When you submit a form we collect the fields you complete. Depending on the form that is your name, company, phone number, email address, budget range, how you heard about us, and whatever you write in the message field.

We use it to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone outside the processors listed below.

Information collected automatically

We collect standard analytics about how the site is used, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, device type, and browser. This is used to understand which pages do their job.

Processors we use

The following third parties process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that data.

• HubSpot, for customer relationship management and form submissions. HubSpot sets a cookie that associates a form submission with the visits that preceded it.
• Google Analytics 4, for site analytics. Google may set cookies and process usage data.
• CallRail, for call tracking. On pages serving trades visitors, CallRail may substitute a tracking phone number so a call can be attributed to the source that produced it. Calls to tracking numbers may be recorded or logged by CallRail.
• Resend, for transactional email, so a form submission reaches a person even if the CRM is unavailable.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, for spam prevention on forms.
• Vercel, for hosting, analytics, and performance measurement.

SMS messaging

If you give us your phone number and opt in to text messages, we may send messages related to your inquiry or your project. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

Cookies are used for analytics, attribution, and spam prevention as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not prevent you from using the site or submitting a form.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as we may need them for the business relationship and for our records afterward. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
