Paid acquisition

Google and Meta campaigns pointed at a funnel that converts, with call tracking wired so you can tell which spend produced which job.

Paid acquisition in the trades fails for a boring reason more often than a strategic one: the money lands on a page that was not built to receive it, and nobody can tell which call came from which ad.

Attribution first

Call tracking goes in before spend scales. Number swapping runs on the paid routes so a call carries the campaign that produced it all the way into the CRM. Without that, optimization is guesswork dressed up as reporting, and the platform will happily spend toward the cheapest click rather than the most valuable job.

The page the ad points at

An ad for emergency roof repair should not land on a home page that also sells gutters. The landing page carries the same promise as the ad, the phone number is the first action, and the form is short enough to complete on a phone in a driveway.

What we report

Cost per booked job, by service line. Cost per click is an input, not a result, and a campaign can win on clicks while losing money.

Questions

What gets asked about this.

Do you require a minimum ad spend?

There is a floor below which the data is too thin to optimize on, and it varies by trade and market. We will tell you what that floor is for your service area before you commit budget.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We work inside your account. If we stop working together the campaigns, the history, and the learning stay with you.

Why does call tracking matter so much?

Most trades leads arrive by phone. Without number swapping you can see which ads got clicks but not which ads produced work, so you end up optimizing toward clicks instead of jobs.

Can you run ads to my existing site?

Sometimes. If the site loads slowly on a phone or buries the phone number, the ads will underperform no matter how the account is built. We will say so before taking the work.

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. Spend goes to the platform on your card. Our fee is separate and stated up front.
