AI tools and visualizers

Estimators, configurators, and customer-facing visualizers that do a job the sales process was already doing slowly, deployed into your infrastructure.

The useful version of this work is narrow. A tool that does one repeated step faster and more consistently than a person is worth building. A general assistant bolted onto a business is not, and it tends to produce confident wrong answers in front of customers.

Where it pays

Estimating is the common one. A company with several estimators has several estimating standards, and the spread shows up in margin. A kit based template applied consistently closes that spread and makes the number defensible.

Visualization is the other. In trades where the customer is buying something they cannot yet picture, showing them their own property rendered shortens the sale and qualifies the lead at the same time.

Cost and control

Anything metered gets rate limiting and a cap before it ships, not after the first surprising invoice. The tool deploys into your environment, so the data and the operating account stay yours.

Questions

What gets asked about this.

What makes a good candidate for one of these?

A step your team already performs by hand, many times a week, with a repeatable input and a repeatable output. Estimating, configuration, and visualization all qualify. Judgment calls generally do not.

Who owns what?

You own the delivered application and your data. We retain the underlying engine and license it to you. That is written down before work starts, not after.

What does it cost to run?

Metered services are billed per request, so cost scales with use. We build the rate limiting and the caps as part of the work rather than discovering the bill later.

How do you keep it from producing something wrong?

Scope. A tool that renders a design or assembles an estimate from a template is bounded. A tool that answers open questions about your business is not, and we will steer you away from that build.

Can it work with our CRM?

Yes. These are built to write into the CRM you already run rather than becoming a second place where customer records live.
