Mid-market and multi-location
Software that replaces the spreadsheet the business actually runs on.
Estimators, configurators, and customer-facing visualizers for mid-market operators. Scoped as modules, delivered against dates, deployed into your infrastructure.
Delivery model
How the work is structured.
Modular scope.
The program is priced as a menu, not a lump sum. You commission the first module, see it land, and buy the next one.
CRM agnostic.
We build to your CRM rather than replacing it. Salesforce, HubSpot, or neither.
Your infrastructure.
The platform deploys into your environment. You own the data and the environment.
IP settled up front.
You own the delivered application and your data. We retain the underlying engine and license it to you. That is written down before work starts.

Questions
What operators ask first.
How is a program scoped?
As a menu of modules with a price and a date against each. You commission the first one, see it delivered, and decide on the next. There is no single lump sum to approve up front.
Who owns the software?
You own the delivered application and all of your data. We retain the underlying engine and license it to you. That split is written down before any work starts.
Do we have to replace our CRM?
No. We build to the CRM you already run. Replacing it is a much larger project and it is rarely the problem you actually have.
Where does it run?
In your environment. The platform deploys into your infrastructure, so the data and the operating accounts stay under your control.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep the delivered application, the data, and the documentation, under the license agreed at the start. Another engineering team can pick it up.
How long does a first module take?
Most first modules land inside six to ten weeks. The scoping call produces a written breakdown with dates before anything is committed.
Book a scoping call.
45 minutes. You leave with a module breakdown and a rough range, whether or not you engage us.
